Acer NITRO 5 AN515-55-57DA Freezing on Acer logo during Windows boot and Installation

As mentioned in the title, my Nitro 5 AN515-55 started freezing on the logo. I'm not quite sure how it started, as even when I tried reinstalling Windows 10 by booting into my USB installer it freezes on the logo as well.

There are moments where it lets me in, install windows, drivers(through Windows Updater, and everything), when I reboot it goes back to freezing on the logo.

The only thing that doesn't freeze is BIOS. WinRE, any installation USB(even Hiren BootCD PE), Windows itself freezes on the logo.

I've tried reinstalling Windows with several combinations of SSD + RAM: 1 SSD + 8gb, 2 SSD + 8gb, etc. Nothing works.

I have no clue what's causing this. I have reinstalled Windows 10 multiple times to no avail. Hopefully someone can help me get through this.

I suggest that you operate this laptop with the Win-11 version 24H2 (there is a 25H2 version coming out soon) and update the OS to the last version OS build: 26100.6584 only, also make sure you are running the AN515-55 last bios version 2.06 and you install the Nvidia App and use the last Win-11 GTX1650Ti GeForce Game Ready Driver - WHQL Driver Version: 581.42 - Release Date: Tue Sep 30, 2025 and also install the initial Intel cpu graphics driver version 1.100.2284.0 and allow windows update to update the driver to its most compatible version, as all the steps above are essential for your Nitro gaming laptop to function properly and 100% without any freezing, BSODs and crashing.

The freezing symptoms are because your laptop is not setup properly and has bad drivers and you are also running the old Win-10 OS that hasn't got the adequate drivers for this laptop. Try all the above as it will fix all the freezing and problems with this laptop,

Btw, I'm using the Nitro 5 AN515-56, which is a similar model but it uses the 11th Gen cpu which is the next up model and its setup the exact same way and it works perfectly and has done so for the last 5 years, I've also updated the ram to 32GB 2x DDR4-3200MT/s CL22 and I'm using the M.2 SSD Samsung 970 EVO Plus drive that is the quickest PCIe3x4 lane drive, as all this will also help and reduce freezing of your Nitro 5 AN515-55 .
