I have had a Aspire CV24-1800 AIO computer for a few months and I damaged partof it while upgrading the imetrnal memory.
A few days ago I created a rerquest for the repair of my computer and I received a Reference ID number and told that they would be in contact soon.
When I went on the relevant page for Acer Repairs and type in the necessary indentification a page comes up detailing my request (great) HOWEVER it also informs me that the request is closed (Absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!!)
How can a company be so uterly 100% computer unfriendly b y cancellin my request with ouit any attempt to contact me and explain why they made such drastc action without making any attempt to contact me.
My question is this how can I get in contact with Acer Repairs, preferably by phone, to discuss their very unfriendly and cavaliere treatment and hop[efully reinstate my repair request?
I have alsways had great respect fo Acer but. compasred to my prvious experience with Lenovo I can only say that the Lenovo computer quality and thrir after care service are many, many times much better than those offered by acerAcer.
This is the last Acer I will ever buy.
