New Nitro ANV16-71 AcerSense, Acer quickpanel & 1USB port not working

Bought a new Nitro ANV16-71 - after 3 days Mobo died - Acer changed it - everything was working fine BEFORE mobo change - installed all drivers but i have 3 things that r not working no matter wot! USB port on the left (next to the Ethernet connection) is NOT working - the right one works just fine (tried a million usb device and sticks); under my product i click my registered acer and i downloaded Acersense and acer quickpanel - BOTH were working b4 mobo change - now when i install NitroSense it says "this device model is not supported" (button used to work just fine b4 mobo RIP. & Acer quickpanel installs BUT when i start it it says "Both PurifiedView and PurifiedVoice are not available on this device".what happened to this laptop?can someone please help? I was sooo reluctant buying it then finally i took the dive wanting to replace a desktop with a good laptop - i hope i wasn't that wrong (as of now i am DEAD wrong. tried checking BIOS for the USB but doesn't make sense when the right one works and the left one doesn't with a new MOBO unless it is DOA on that mobo = just my luck . hope y'all can help! cheers

• Since the issues started after the motherboard replacement, the best course of action is to return the laptop to Acer Services in your country.
• They can check the USB port, NitroSense support, and QuickPanel functions to confirm whether the replacement board is defective or if further repair is required.
• These checks and repairs should be covered under your warranty.
