Predator PHN18-71 the predator sense is not installed

Hello!
Here's the problem: Predator Sense is missing after the Setup.exe installation package completes.
The installation completes without errors, but when checking installed programs, Predator Sense is missing, but Predator Sense Config and Predator Sense Installer are present.
When trying to run the file \Predator Sense_Acer_5.0.1463_W11x64_A\PredatorSense_5.0.1463\UWP\5c20d4e8e3e24d0b8180c9e906196964.appx, I get the error message "Error in parsing the app package."
Also, when running the add-appxpackage command with the path to the \Predator file Sense_Acer_5.0.1463_W11x64_A\PredatorSense_5.0.1463\UWP\5c20d4e8e3e24d0b8180c9e906196964.appx received the error message HRESULT: 0x80080204
Please help me install Predator Sense

Thanks for confirming BIOS 1.17 and the Predator Sense version. If the app still won’t install or launch, here’s a clean install checklist that may help:

Fully update Windows 11 before installing. Some runtime dependencies are only available via Windows Update.
Manually install the following components to ensure compatibility:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17876
Check if the Predator Sense Service (PSSvc) is installed and running:
- Press Win + R, type services.msc, and look for “PSSvc”
- If missing, the app won’t launch even if installed
If the installer fails with “not supported” or doesn’t register the app, try unpacking the ZIP and running any prerequisite installers manually before executing Setup.exe.

First uninstall any existing Predator Sense entries from Windows “Add or remove programs” to clear out partial or corrupted installations. Then follow these steps in order:

Update the BIOS to version 1.17 dated 2025/06/09 from Acer Support
Open an elevated Command Prompt (Run as Administrator) and run these commands one by one:
- %SystemRoot%\System32\lodctr.exe /R
- %SystemRoot%\SysWow64\lodctr.exe /R
- winmgmt.exe /RESYNCPERF
Reboot the system
Reinstall Predator Sense version 5.0.1463 dated 2025/06/18 from Acer Support

After uninstalling Predator Sense components, checking the BIOS version—1.17 is installed, successfully creating performance counter parameters for the 64-bit operating system, registering system libraries in WMI, rebooting, installing Predator Sense version 5.0.1463 dated 2025/06/18 from Acer Support, the installed programs still only include Predator Sense Config and Predator Sense Installer
