Is there a problem with the BIOS of the new DDR 5 Aspire Lite AL laptop? CPU heats up to 82 degrees.

Hello, I noticed that the CPU has heated up to 82 degrees in the BIOS screen of my new laptop "Aspire Lite AL 16 i3 DDR 5. That's why I can't enter the BIOS screen. Whenever I enter the BIOS screen, the laptop heats up to 82 degrees within 30 seconds and the fans freeze like crazy. I'm afraid my laptop is broken. I went to the dealer but they told me that all Acer BIOSes are broken and that they can't do anything about it and that the warranty can't do anything. I've been using Acer for years. I also have the Aspire E5-551 and I'm very happy with it, but I encountered this problem with this model and there's no information anywhere. I updated the BIOS but nothing happened. I love the laptop. I don't want to sell it and buy another laptop, but I'm afraid that this problem I'm having in the BIOS will fry the motherboard. I change the dual operating system in the menu, but every time I'm afraid that the fans will go crazy and my laptop will burn, but it works very quietly and coolly in Windows and Linux. Please help me, at least give me an answer to my question. Is my laptop broken?

The laptop in question is the Aspire Lite AL16 series with Intel Core i3 and DDR5 memory. This is a current Aspire Lite model and has no relationship to the older Aspire E5‑551, which was an AMD‑based platform from 2014–2015. The BIOS from the E5‑551 cannot be applied here and is unrelated.

Regarding the heating you observed in BIOS setup:

• The Aspire Lite AL16 is a new Intel‑based design, so only BIOS updates released specifically for this model are relevant
• The Aspire E5‑551 BIOS is not compatible and should not be compared or used
• In BIOS setup, the system does not use the same power management and fan control as Windows or Linux, so the CPU can reach higher temperatures more quickly even when idle
• If this is an India‑only model, support and firmware updates will be handled by Acer India, so it is best to contact them directly for confirmation and updates

In short, the Aspire Lite AL16 is its own platform, unrelated to the E5‑551, and the temperature you see in BIOS is within expected limits.
