Nitrosense Doesn't Install in Nitro 5 ANV15-51

Please Read the Entire Story, Unique problem Havent found similar issue online.

I have an ACER NITRO 5 ANV15-51

I jumped to arch linux to windows 10, and i wiped the entire SSD before this using dd command

sudo dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/nvme0n1 bs=1M status=progress

This command deleted my Entire SSD including Manufacturing partitions , and all the drivers too, so when i try to install windows 10 the ssd didnt show up so i downloaded the ssd driver from acer driver website to the pendrive and it showed up and i installed windows 10, and no other drivers were there including bluetooth, audio, GPU driver, etc…

And then i installed all the drivers listed in the acer driver page but my GPU didnt perform well and always stays at 75 deg Celsius when idle and goes 85 deg celsius when used but still it gives me only 30 FPS for the game it used to give 120 - 150 effortlessly.

I experience Over Heating

And the Important problem is nitro sense is not installing , when i try to install it , it loads and says installation complete and i cant even find the nitro sense icon or the shortcut button dont, i searched the installed path in c disk but there is only one useful thing called nitrosenseinstaller.exe and that too failed to open.

SO I ANALYSED THE LOGS AND FOUND SOME DEPENDENCIES:

Platform Services package

.NET 6/7 Desktop Runtime

BUT even after installing it , it failed. Please help.

For your Nitro 5 ANV15‑51, make sure you’re on the latest BIOS. Acer released version 1.31 (2025/07/22) which updates the Embedded Controller (EC).

Key points to keep in mind:

This system is designed for Windows 11. Do not downgrade to Windows 10, as that OS does not properly handle the new EC firmware.
NitroSense is not supported under Linux, so it won’t install or function there.
Install Windows 11 version 24H2 along with the current drivers from Acer’s support page for the ANV15‑51, and NitroSense should work normally.

Thank you for your reply I have updated to Windows 11 24H2 And Nitrosense works perfectly (Thank you very much), but the GPU is not cooperating, i mean the nvidia 2050 is working but it gives very less output the game it gives usually 70-80 fps now only gives 14-20 fps and a game which is used to give 120-150 fps now only gives 60 FPS. Please help , its not only about the games i am genuinely afraid about the GPU.
