How to rollback a firmware version on C710 chromebook

Since I have just received an old C710-842G32ii chromebook, I am not being able to do anything with Ctrl+D and reset+esc+power combinations.

Using a bootable Linux, I restored a stock firmware which I downloaded from the internet. After restart, it shows the recovery screen that tries to restore via USB but encounters problems and stays for hours like that.

The following message is displayed while I use the Tab key:

I cannot get into the boot menu even when I have formatted the HDD with other PC.

Can anyone help to restore this chromebook to its initial state?

Well Recovery with older image (manual):

Use the Chromebook Recovery Utility on another PC.
Download an older recovery image for the Acer C710 (sometimes available on unofficial mirrors like MrChromebox or archive sites).
Write it to a USB drive and boot into recovery (Esc + Refresh + Power).
Insert the USB and reinstall.
Caution: ChromeOS will usually auto-update back to the latest version after reinstalling unless updates are blocked.

I have tried multiple times with multiple .bin files that I downloaded from the internet.

The other thing is that whenever I make a recovery usb from another PC, after completion the usb becomes unaccessible within windows and pops up msg boxes for format. While the usb is formatted in GPT, the disk management console shows the size of the multiple partitions in the usb are all free of disk spaces. Windows shows no occupied storage in the usage column.
