AN515-57 won't charge, laptop barely functional

My AN515-57 is not charging, and the battery is stuck at a percentage. If connected to the power supply, it does not discharge, but neither does it charge.

What I've already tried:

I reinstalled the battery drivers from the Device Manager.
I tried another power adapter.
I tried another battery.
I did the battery reset ( I turned off the computer, removed the power supply and battery, and held down the power button for one minute).
I tried another power outlet.
I'm sure I have the latest NVIDIA drivers and the last Windows update.

Begin by restarting the laptop to refresh its power management system.
