Ethernet capped at 10mbps in Acer Nitro AN515 - 58

I have this problem of Ethernet capping itself to 10mbps . I have carried out every action like cables, ports, duplex, loading original drivers, upgrading drivers.. and what not but no difference. Earlier 2 years back it was working at 1000/1000 and had switched to 10 mbps but itself it corrected after aweek or so to 1000.
This time it is not correcting. Does anyone kind enough to give solution. Acer has no solution

( Please note that I have tried every possible solution internet has given. And also the port is not broken or internet service provider has not capped it. )
The net works at 1000/1000 when used through USB A or USB C adaptors

Change the oem Killer 1650i Wi-Fi/BT card that is a Wi-Fi 6 with a BT v5.0 card for a new card, as they are pretty cheap on eBay or use the alternative card the Intel AX201 card and see if that helps.

Do not upgrade to the Wi-Fi versions 6E or Wi-Fi 7 type cards as they will not work. Try also to use the initial WLAN driver that Acer provided for the Killer AX1650i card which is Intel version 22.190.0.4 and see if that works at the 1,000Mbps speed as the AX1650i has a max speed of 2,400Mbps and 1,000MBps should be very easily reached.

This is the Acer fitted oem Killer AX1650i card.

Btw, I've got the same Killer AX1650i WLAN/BT card fitted in my Nitro 5 AN515-56 laptop and in this laptop this cards Bluetooth driver can't be updated as it only works on the initial Intel 2021/11/11 dated BT driver version 22.40.0.2, so this card is problematic and has some functionality idiosyncrasies that are strange. Also, this same card model is fitted to my 2023 Predator Neo and it works perfectly with the latest Intel Wi-Fi and BT drivers.

Since your Nitro’s Ethernet port is capped at 10 Mbps but works normally through USB adapters, the issue may not be with the laptop itself. One possibility is that the modem/router firmware is outdated or has a compatibility problem with the built‑in Ethernet controller.

Check your modem/router manufacturer’s support page for the latest firmware and apply any updates
If your modem/router has Wi‑Fi, try connecting over wireless to confirm whether the speed is normal there
If Wi‑Fi works fine, that points to a compatibility issue between the modem’s Ethernet port and the laptop’s NIC
You can also test the laptop on a different modem/router to see if the Ethernet link speed negotiates correctly
If the problem only occurs with your current modem, updating its firmware or replacing it may be the long‑term fix

This helps narrow down whether the bottleneck is in the laptop hardware or in the modem/router.

Sorry its not happening . Acer should address this because most likely it is a software problem. Most people use internet through wifi hence there is no problem with wifi. People like us must use it through cables (ethernet based) due to government orders for safety , hence there is a huge problem of speed.
The problem is so acute that even an engeneer who is expert on networking is not able to address this capping problem hence he adviced to use it through ethernet usb adapter which is giving full speed.
PS : When this laptop was bought new, ethernet was working fine to full power. It is only after due to some problem, the laptop had to be totally formatted and new NVMe SSD was put , that this problem crept in.
