Hello everyone,
I need some help regarding my Acer Aspire ES1-420-55H6 laptop. I'm trying to enable virtualization (AMD-V) from the BIOS settings, but the option is not visible in the BIOS menu.
I've already tried the following steps without success:
I entered the BIOS by pressing F2 during startup.
I looked for the "Virtualization" option under the Advanced tab.
I even tried pressing Ctrl + S on the Advanced tab, as suggested for some older Acer models, but no new options appeared.
I've checked the Acer support website, but there are no BIOS updates available for this model.
Is it possible that virtualization is permanently disabled on this model's firmware? Is there any hidden key combination or advanced setting I might be missing?
Any guidance or personal experience from fellow ES1-420 users would be highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
