Hello everyone, and thank you in advance for your help.
At work, I have two Acer Aspire computers, a C22 and a C24-865, respectively.
Over time, both of them have gradually started to have problems starting up.
I had to force them to shut down or unplug them. After waiting a few minutes, they would start up again.
Now, for the past few days, they have stopped working completely.
Having the skills, I opened both of them and tried to change the RAM and the HDD or SSD based on what I found, and even the power supply. I tried disconnecting the BIOS battery for 15 minutes and reinserting it.
But nothing worked; the video still wouldn't start. However, the fan and power LED start up normally and don't stop, so I think the machine is working. Otherwise, if it were the motherboard, it would usually shut down on its own and not restart.
I also connected another external monitor to the HDMI port on the motherboard, but at least nothing is visible on the output. I don't know if it's a port that allows the computer to act as a monitor. I honestly haven't checked.
Of course, you could also tell me that it's a problem with the motherboard or the video card specifically.
But I'll ask for advice anyway because I've seen on the internet that there can be problems with the flat cables that connect the motherboard to the panel, specifically the flat cable and the flat cable that turns on the backlight.
Has anyone had a similar problem?
Thank you very much for y
