NitroSense not applying Fan or Mode changes on Nitro ANV16-71

I just bought Nitro ANV16-71 about a week ago, and I have some problems with NitroSense, especially the fan control and the changing of modes. It stopped working suddenly. The app opens but It's just that whenever I change the mode or the fan controls, it does not apply. It's just stuck on whatever was selected before it got stuck. And I have tried reinstalling it, but it works for like, four to five hours after the reinstallation, but again, it gets stuck at the same fan controls and mode which was present before it getting stuck. And I have tried everything. I have like checked the version, I have updated my BIOS, and I have reinstalled it multiple times, and it still does not work.

start by restarting your laptop and ending the NitroSense task via Task Manager before reopening it. Disable Fast Startup in your power settings to prevent system conflicts. Make sure you're using only Acer’s official drivers from their support site and avoid installing drivers through Windows Update. Close any background apps that might interfere with fan control, and keep your BIOS updated using Acer’s latest version.

To fix NitroSense not applying changes on an Acer Nitro ANV16-71, first ensure NitroSense and the Acer System Interface driver are up to date from the Acer support website. Next, perform a full EC firmware reset by shutting down the laptop, unplugging it, and holding the power button for 30 seconds. Additionally, disable Fast Startup in Windows Power Settings and ensure the NitroSenseService is running in Task Manager. You may also need to reset the BIOS to default settings or reinstall NitroSense from scratch if other steps fail.

Oh, good news. I disabled Fast Startup and restarted my computer. And NitroSense is actually working now. Which is good news because last time, it didn't matter even if I restarted my computer. The settings would not apply. But let's see, as I mentioned earlier, when I reinstall NitroSense, it works for like 4-5 hours, then goes back to getting stuck . I hope this disabling the startup was not a temporary measure but actually solves my problem .Regardless, thank you for your reply.and I will give a reply to you if the problem comes back
