Why is my Acer Aspire V5-572P-4429 running so slow???

I have done all of the window updates, all of them. i have done a disk cleanup, deep clean, i have reset my laptop (i keep the files on it). i have done everything i know to do to fix the problem and nothing has worked. I know a lot about laptops and windows and etc, but i just cant figure this out. Its driving me crazy!!! I put the acer SN AND SNID # in there and they are correct!! Hell i even use the find my serial # and SNID # for me and it still told me that it couldnt file my laptop with the Serial #!!!! I put the SNID # in and search it, it pulls up a totally different laptop completely!!! ( its not even close to what my laptop is) that the acer website pulls up!!! Can someone please please help me with my ACER ASPIRE V5-572-4429!!! Im begging for some help please!!!

The Aspire V5-572P-4429 is a legacy model from 2013, and Acer no longer provides active support or driver updates for it. That’s why the SNID lookup may return mismatches or fail entirely.

To improve performance:

Stay with Windows 10 — Windows 11 requires at least an 8th Gen Intel CPU (2018), and your i5-4200U is 4th Gen.
Replace the mechanical HDD with a fast 2.5" SATA SSD. The Samsung 870 EVO V-NAND SSD is a solid choice: https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/minisite/ssd/product/consumer/870evo/
Increase RAM if you’re still running 4GB or 6GB. The system supports up to 12GB DDR3L, but even 8GB will make a big difference.

These upgrades can dramatically improve boot time, app responsiveness, and overall usability—without needing a new laptop.

If you want to go all out you should upgrade the mainboard with the higher spec cpu to what Acer used in the higher spec V5-572G that has a dedicated NVidia GT 750M 4 GB gpu which is the Core i7-3537U that will give you allot more scope for all the other components that you should upgrade the laptop with like the below components.

But for increase speed with your current V5-572P model, you need to upgrade the following:

Upgrade the oem 2.5 inch mechanical HDD SATA 3 - to the Samsung 870 EVO SATA III 2.5 inch SSD
Upgrade to max 12GB at 1x 8GB DDR3L-1600MT/s type ram module that is the fastest ram that this laptop can operate under

If you want all the Win-10 and Win-8.1 appropriate drivers go to HelpDrivers as they have available 57 files for Acer Aspire V5-572P, unfortunately they don't have any bios files for this laptop, which I suggest that you install the last version if you don't have that installed into your laptop as that will also help with the speed and compatibility of any upgrades that you do.
