This is absolutely unacceptable.
My complaint was logged on 5th September (Case ID: 1084024C) and today is 22nd September — yet nothing has been fixed. Every single call ends with empty promises and zero action.
I am completely dependent on this laptop for my studies and upcoming placement drives, and your negligence is putting my future at risk.
If I do not receive a concrete solution (repair or replacement) within 48 hours, I will have no choice but to:
a)File a formal complaint with the Consumer Forum
b)Share the entire case publicly
c)Pursue legal action against Acer
I am frustrated, helpless, and losing trust in your service. Resolve this immediately.
