Frequent restart on my: Aspire A715-42G

Hello everyone!

I need help with my Aspire laptop I bought only 2 years ago. Recently, it keeps crashing and I really don't know what to do, I only copy and paste the error messages I get to ChatGPT to at least give me some ideas on why there's an error in the first place, I dare not to touch it as I'm not techy… Inserting my Reliability Monitor pic below:

I really don't know what's wrong, it crashes 3-5 times a day while I'm working and it's so frustrating. Most of the time it just go black screen, but sometimes I capture the error messages on my phone, to name a few:

1. "Your device rant into a problem and needs to restart. Stop code: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (0xd!) What failed: nvlddmkm.sys
2. -if you call a support, give them this info: Stop code: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT HANDLED
3. Stop code: HYPERVISOR_ERROR

And if I'm not mistaken, these are the dates noted when my laptop restarted unexpectedly:

And the most crash I see here is the Acer Registration background task/apps?

Any advice will be helpful! I'm scheduled to bring it to an Acer tech this friday, but thought anyone share the same sentiments?

Try the below steps:

Stop the Automatic Restart FeatureThis allows you to see the error message that may be causing the restart, providing clues about the problem. 

1. In the Windows search bar, type "View advanced system settings" and open it.
2. Under the "Startup and Recovery" section, click Settings.
3. Uncheck the box next to "Automatically restart" and click OK

Update Drivers and BIOSOutdated or corrupted drivers are a common cause of random restarts. 

• Update your Graphics Driver: A faulty graphics driver is a frequent culprit, according to the Acer Community.
