I replaced the thermal pads and thermal paste, but the noise didn’t go away.
I discovered that the following component is overheating:

1) PCH Temperature — the internal temperature of the PCH chipset reaches up to 90°C even during light usage.
I searched online and with AI help, I found out that this chipset is responsible for data transfer between drives, memory, and network.
A possible solution might be to attach a small heatsink — would that help?

Possible reasons for the overheating:
I have a 1TB hard drive, and I configured the system so that all files — photos and videos — are automatically saved there.
Also, the tape between the heatsink and the fan has come off or lost its stickiness, so the airflow might be disrupted.

I was thinking that this chip might need some small cooling — like an aluminum or copper plate to help dissipate the excess heat.

I uploaded a photo showing the fan speeds — this is while the laptop is idle, just turned on and sitting on the desktop, not running any games.
The laptop is always plugged into the charger.
