YouTube in all browsers: Out-of-sync sound on video and NitroSense - ANV15-52

Nitro ANV15-52 i7 16/1tb rtx 5050 win11pro.

Hi! Bought it two weeks ago, and in all browsers (since first use) I've tried (Chrome, Firefox, Brave, Edge, YouTube app), after a few seconds, sound comes before the image and gets totally out of sync. Can say in a 6 minute video it gets up to 3 seconds delay. For reference, doesn't do that on tablet, mobile, or any other of the computers we have home at all, ever.

Updated audio and video drivers, disabled graphics acceleration in the browsers, and reduced the audio rate to minimum. Updated the BIOS to v1.30 (on download site v1.31 is unavailable), uninstalled and reinstalled graph and audio, not sure what to do to fix this.

If any other help is possible, NitroSense v5.0.1473 (pt-pt) doesn't read RTX data. I read somewhere this is pretty common with Win11. Is that true? Anything to be done? Thanks!

If you're experiencing audio sync issues on your ANV15-52, here's a clean way to reset the Realtek audio stack and restore full functionality:

Download DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) from https://www.wagnardsoft.com
Boot into Safe Mode
Use DDU to uninstall all Realtek audio drivers, selecting the Clean and Restart option
After reboot, let Windows 11 automatically reinstall the best audio driver and codec

⚠️ Important: Do not manually install Realtek (RTK) drivers. The codec is now integrated into Intel's Smart Sound Technology (ISST) driver, which handles audio routing and codec support.

However, the Realtek Audio Console is still required—it manages analog jack behavior, including:

Wired headphone ↔ internal speaker switching
Jack detection and stream separation
EQ and enhancement settings

You can reinstall the console from:

Acer Support – Realtek Audio Console Driver
Or via Microsoft Store: search for Realtek Audio Control

Let Windows handle the core driver, but make sure the console is present to restore full analog functionality.

Anyway, it didn't sort out. The trouble remains. Maybe I didn't explain it right.

When I start playing a youtube video, in any browser, sound sync is ok. Then, after a few seconds, 8-10 I start hearing some noises on the phones (wired), even tried bluetooth phones, the best way I can describe them is like those of interference when you don't have the right radio frequency. Or when you blow a ballon and then start pulling your fingers on it and it makes that weird sound. That's when it starts getting out of sync. so it's a thing that grows while streaming.
