Why my GPU usage is 99%, but just giving me 5 to 10 fps in all games.

Let's break it down. I've tried everything. First of all, my problem. Every game I run the GPU Usage comes to 99% or even 100% usage. But it is just giving me between 5 to 10 FPS. That's insane. I tried everything I tough. Fully uninstall NVIDIA driver using DDU software, and reinstalling from the NVIDIA web site. Full uninstalling Nitrosense app. and reinstalling (which fix some issues i had, like restarting or shutting down the computer every time I switch into performance mode, not doing any more). I tried to downgrade my BIOS, but it comes to the fact, you can't. Simply you can't they been locked by acer apparently, so i got stocked in that point. I upload chipset drivers I found on the acer web site. And all my drivers are up to date. I restore Windows to Factory defaults, now like two times. The hardware seems to be fine. i don't see any issue, but I've done anything there yet. I've been searching and trying, now for a several days. And I just need to know if someone has the same problem, and how to fix it.

The idea behind using DDU is to let Windows install the best GPU driver automatically through Optional Updates instead of installing drivers manually.

• Boot into Safe Mode and run DDU
• Select the Clean and restart option (see picture)
• After reboot, go to Settings > Windows Update > Advanced options > Optional updates and install the driver offered there

Downgrading the BIOS is not blocked by Acer — it is Windows security that prevents BIOS rollback on modern systems.
