AG15-51P lost all bluetooth functionality with no way to get it back

Today my computer suddenly lost all bluetooth capabilities for no apparent reason. I going into the device manager to check for problems but bluetooth devices had inexplicably been moved to hidden devices. I tried to reinstall the bluetooth driver, but it simply uninstalled the driver and now I have no way of getting it back. I can't run the Windows 11 Bluetooth troubleshooter (or any troubleshooters for that matter) and manually reinstalling the drivers from the Acer website doesn't fix anything. It just says "successfully installed on 0 device(s) and nothing changes. My computer currently has no bluetooth capabilities and seemingly no way to even troubleshoot what the problem is, what should I do?

Its NO great dramas as you need to reinstall the appropriate AG15-51P Acer BT drivers from the Acer support page for either the Mediatek MT7902 or the Intel AX101 Wi-Fi/BT card that you have. Use the setup.exe file and install the driver that way. Or install the drivers with the below method. If after doing this this problem persists then it could be a faulty card that is causing this, especially if its a Mediatek, so change it to the Intel card. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

Bluetooth Driver Refresh or Reinstall - Go to Device Manager > Bluetooth > select either the MTK or Intel Wireless Bluetooth > right click the card Properties > Driver > Update Driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer > and then pick the last and most recent dated BT driver that is in that list, or if there is no driver then reinstall that BT driver from the downloaded appropriate driver of either the MTK or the Intel drivers, as afterwards your BT should work.

There's no setup.exe file in either of the drivers (I don't remember which one came with my computer). Did you mean the Setup_Driver command script? I've tried running that and the InstallPackage bat file for both drivers with no success. I can't do anything with the device manager because

I can't install any bluetooth drivers with the device manager because Bluetooth is literally not in the device list at all.

Well you need to know which card you have otherwise you are going to go around in circles and you can't install the correct driver. Its either an MTK or Intel, open the laptop up and see which card it is. have a look at this guide HERE of how to do a clean install of a BT driver. Good luck.

If reinstalling Bluetooth drivers hasn’t worked and Device Manager no longer shows Bluetooth at all, you might want to try the Windows 11 recovery feature that reinstalls the current OS version without deleting your apps or files.

It’s built into Windows 11 and can repair broken system components—including Bluetooth stack issues.
You’ll find it under Settings > System > Recovery, then select Reinstall now under “Fix problems using Windows Update.”
