RGB INFINITY MIRROR LIGHT NOT WORKING

Hi everyone,
I just unpacked my brand-new Acer Predator PHN16-73 laptop, and I noticed that the Infinity Mirror RGB light isn’t working at all. The Predator Sense software doesn’t show any option to control it, even though the RGB hardware is clearly present.

This is my first time using a Predator series device, and it’s really disappointing to face this issue right out of the box. I’ve searched everywhere online but couldn’t find any working solution or fix.

Has anyone else faced this issue with the PHN16-73 model? Is this a software limitation or a hardware problem? If it’s related to Predator Sense, is there a way to enable or fix the lighting controls?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Have a look at this previous post Missing RGB lights on Predator Helios Neo 16 as those lights should work automatically when you turn the laptop on. Also have a look at the available PHN16-73 models Lifecycle Ext. Guide PDF and see if there is anything there that can solve this problem. If it doesn't, then consult Acer Tech Support in your country and ask them as this is a new model or send the laptop back to them as it might have a faulty RGB infinity light or board for the light.
