Wondering if anyone might have any insight/ideas on what could be causing the charging issue that i'm recently having. Recently i plugged in two External HDD into the computer and it beeped then shut down. I rebooted the computer and everything appeared fine, but then i noticed that the battery was stuck at 58% charge despite being plugged in and the lights showing ok. I did a battery health check and everything passed. Since it was the original battery from 2021 I thought maybe i'd change out the battery to see if that fixed the issue. The new battery had the same issue where it's showing the charging signal but not charging and staying at 58%. I tried a new charger to see if that was the issue and same thing. Disconnected the battery and ran it off electrical and everything was fine, but when i plugged the battery back in it's still stuck at 58% and not charging. I reached out to Acer but since it's not in warranty they want over $800 to repair it, which isn't worth the cost as it was little over 1k brand new. The computer will randomly shut off when trying to do too many things at once also.
