Nitrosense not working. I own a Nitro ANV15-51 model computer.

Hello, I own a Nitro ANV15-51 model computer, but the NitroSense software stopped working after the latest updates. The program opens, but many features are no longer functional. Care Center has also started freezing constantly. My computer has all the latest updates. These applications started malfunctioning after you upgraded the program version. Please fix this as soon as possible.

The program opens, but many features are not working. I can't adjust the fan settings manually. I've tried every mode and scenario, but it's still not working. This wasn't happening before; it's been like this for the past month. So I think your latest update broke something. Please help. I've tried everything that others have suggested in similar cases, but it's not fixing the issue. I've installed and updated all versions of C++, checked the battery charge limit, and kept it at 100%. Nothing has worked.

The fan settings menu looks like this. A month ago, I could adjust my fan speed from here, but now I can't.

There's a very easy solution, let me explain:

If you have a Nitro V (or a similar model) computer and your processor is a recent model, then follow these steps:

Open the command prompt as an administrator and enter the following commands:

1) “lodctr /R”

“winmgmt /resyncperf”

2) From the BIOS settings (I'm explaining via UEFI), go to the advanced settings and disable GNA.

That's it.

Follow these steps:

Download the free version of Revo uninstaller and uninstalled nitro sense with it. It's important to let revo scan after uninstall because it'll find garbage files in registry that sense leaves behind and probably corrupts any new install. Let it clear those files.
Go to Acer's website and download Nitrosense for your laptop. (If there's different version of nitrosense available then try them all one by one and check which one work for you)
Extract folder and run Setup.exe
Run Command prompt as Administrator
type in the following and press enter (without the quotation marks): ".\lodctr.exe /R"
Go back to the folder where you extracted Nitrosense
Go into "Nitrosense V3.1" folder
Run APPXBUNDLE file
After that, Nitrosense immediately launched, and now it's back on my Taskbar, running every time I click on it.

Then download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ All-in-One pack. Since NitroSense requires specific versions that may not be available on your laptop, this will help. Use the link I provided to download and install the latest Visual C++ All-in-One pack. Make sure to install both the x86 (32-bit) and x64 (64-bit) versions one by one to ensure full compatibility. As applications require both versions, even on 64-bit systems, because some programs are built for 32-bit and others for 64-bit environments
