Acer Nitro 5 AN515-57 TERRIBLE LAG SPIKES

So I've had this laptop since late 2022 and I always take it to the service center regularly to have it cleaned up from dust and whatnot and have its thermal paste replaced. And believe me when I say I followed every tutorial there is on the internet on how to optimize the laptop for gaming/performance.

I do not remember exactly when I started experiencing this issue, but I do remember it was not even a year after I bought it. During game sessions, after a certain amount of minutes, the laptop would start experiencing a heavy lag spike where its CPU usage spikes up to at least 90% and GPU usage goes all the way down to 0% for around 2-3 minutes before going back to normal (when observed on Nitro Sense).....but then it happens again like 3 minutes later and the cycle just continues and it just makes the laptop so unplayable.

If anyone has an idea what the issue may be, please tell me. I was hoping this laptop would last me at least 7 years but I'm just so disappointed that not even a year after I bought it, it already has issues like that up until now.
