Error Code "43" says Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems.

Device manager states "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" Ive tried to update the drive, which it worked and stuck but it is still stopped by windows. Ive updated intel graphics driver and that stuck and is working fine. Ive reached out to Intel for their graphics driver side and resolved that issue, ive also reached out to nvidia for help with the issue to no help on their end and my warranty has expired and Id rather not pay $100-$300 to fix my 3 year old RTX3050 that would probably cost more to fix or more time to fix than it would be to just get a new one. Anyone have any ideas as to what my problem could be? Another issue is that my HDMI port isnt working. Ik it has power because whenever I plug my monitor into the port it turns it on but then displays "no input" could that be caused by the GPU being stopped by windows or does that mean my GPU is fried? TYIA
