Multi control touch pad doesn't work entirely, how to solve it ?

Multi control touch pad doesn't work entirely, only the button for sound work, volume up, volume down and turn off the sound.

The full screen, the arrow to change speed does not work anymore. It didn't work anymore after I stopped PxiTPService because it kept spamming with windows saying "Touchpad is updating" and stop me from using it. So I had to use an external one.

Then after the windows disappered after a restart of the computer, my touchpad couldn't work anymore. So I had to install new drivers corresponding to my computer, deleted the pilot on the list of all pilot.

And even at the beginning when I first used my laptop, the left arrow on the multi control touchpad worked as well the rest of the buttons (sound, fullscreen, pause and stop) except the right arrow.

But right now, only the sound's button works.
