i purchased laptop on october 2024 and after few months my laptop suddenly shuts down and not even opening so i call customer care they came and check my laptop and they said it was mother board error and they replaced it after that my nitrosense is not working if i press nito key in my keyboard it does not open application,i negelected it after few months whwn i try to open nitro sense application it directly openong acer sense.so i called customer care the technical group said they want to reset my pc to solve the issue so they reset it after that my windows is not installed again i call them and they install my windows manually after installing windows there is no drivers in my laptop they install all drivers .after installing the issue is not solved and some drivers or glitching,so i call them and they again reset my laptop this time it was directly installed windows and drivers but the gpu 0 and gpu 1 in task manager is showing reverse as i showed in the picture and nitrosense application issue not solved for this i called literally more than 50 times in a 5 days gap.each person in the customer service acessing my laptop they working and the issue is not solved they updated my bios and drivers and litreally they tried everything and the issue id not solved they say call me tommorrow it will take time to solve but it does not solved this cycle is going on like that just gone 8 months from date of my laptop i purchased .and it have this many issues i tried of this .can anyone have solution NOTE: Please don't mind if my English is bad
