Acer Predator PT14-51-Internet speed issue after update

Acer Predator PT14-51 Laptop running Windows 11 Pro 24H2 updated today (Intel i7 13th, 32Gb RAM, Killer Wifi 6E AX1675 (211NGW), Nvidia 4070 graphics)

I have a 100Mbps internet connection (actual speed up and down is 119Mbps) but on the laptop I rarely get that and if I download anything or transfer files to a NAS drive then web browsing is unusable.

According to speed test run in a browser (Firefox and Brave) the download speed on my laptop is 16Mbps, yet on my phone or tablet next to the laptop on the same wireless network the download speed is 119Mbps.

I've checked for new drivers and Windows says I have the best ones (the ones on the Acer website are about 18 month's old), my BIOS is also the latest.

Any ideas?
