PredatorSense doesn’t record temperatures on Monitoring tab under heavy load

Hi, I have a Predator Helios Neo 16 (PHN-16-72) laptop with the original company specifications. I’ve updated Windows and all drivers, and I’m currently using PredatorSense version 5.0.1463 (latest as of a couple of weeks ago).

The issue I’m facing is that PredatorSense does not record or log temperatures on the Monitoring tab when the laptop is under heavy load (such as gaming or rendering). It only shows the current temperature when I switch to the Monitoring tab, but nothing is recorded.

As shown in the picture, after playing a game for about an hour, it doesn’t record anything and only shows a peak temperature once I close the game. After that, the system monitoring works fine again.

Could you please guide me on how to fix this? Could this issue be related to my RAM capacity (16GB), or is there another cause?

In the screenshot, I can’t see your current battery mode or charge level. If the laptop was running on battery and the charge was below about 50%, PredatorSense may limit certain monitoring functions to save power. Could you try reproducing the issue while plugged in and set to Best Performance in Windows, then check if the Monitoring tab logs temps normally?
