I bought new RAM for my Acer aspires 3 A315 32 c78m

S I bought new ram for my Acer aspire 3 a315 32 c78m. And it just doesn't work. I bought a 8 GB ram 32 MHz speed. Didn't know how to be the same speed in this one I have is a 24 MHz speed for soldered RAM on it. So I went and bought another one from ATEC on Amazon. It was 8 GB ddr4 24 MHz. It didn't work. It kept on giving me the same air of nothing. I put the RAM in and I get lights for my computer but my screen is just black nothing happens. So I thought oh maybe it's the gigabytes because I didn't know if it had to be specifically for because this Auto ram is 4 GB 2400 MHz and so I bought another ATEC of 4 GB4 24 mhzs and it still doesn't work. I need help. I've tried to unplug the CBOS battery and plug it back in. I disconnected. The battery held the power button for as long as possible back in and it still does not work. Please someone help me 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Install your new ram, then turn on your laptop and wait for 10-15 mins.
