Audient iD14 MK2 Audio Interface Latency and Stability Issue

Hello,

I’m using an Audient iD14 MK2 audio interface and I’ve been experiencing a persistent issue.

When the interface is connected, LatencyMon always shows high latency caused by Wdf01000.sys.

When the interface is not connected, the issue disappears; refreshing LatencyMon shows no problems. The issue only appears when the audio interface is active.

In FL Studio and other DAWs, the problem continues even though the CPU is running at full performance.

I tried different USB-C ↔ USB-A cables but nothing changed.

Every time I restart the laptop, the audio interface resets its settings and I have to manually select the headphones again.

Disabling Nvidia and Realtek drivers does not solve the issue.

I have reinstalled the drivers many times, no improvement.

The audio interface is not faulty; it works fine on another PC.

Model: Acer NH.QSKEY.003

Operating System: Windows 11

If anyone has faced this problem or knows a solution, I would really appreciate your help.

This results in audio crackling and pops — every 10–15 seconds there are intermittent bursts in the sound.
