I have sent my laptop (PHN16-72-92DC) into repair due to constant BSOD, software and game crashes. At first, I reached out to the retail (where I bought my laptop from) for repair service, we did full diagnose of CPU, GPU, Memory and SSD stress test, but nothing leads to BSOD (software crashes does happen during the stress test), so I was asked to leave my laptop for them to do a clean format. The next day, they found out that my laptop was unable to do a total clean format as it got some kind of system locked out from them to do it, so they suspect that my laptop mainboard might be the issue causing BSODs and crashes, and so I sent my laptop into the local Acer Service Center.
After reaching out to the service center, they gave out the diagnose result as mainboard failure, and might have to wait for replacement parts. The ETA for parts as they told me was around 2-3 weeks, I have sent my laptop in with warranty still in effect on July 10th 2025, until today (almost 2 months pass by), the service center is still giving me the same reply, which is ETA of the replacement part is 2-3 weeks.
Can anyone give me advice on what should I do, or do I still need to expect something from the service center? Much appreciated!
