I need an ISO for a Predator PT516-51S. I couldn't find it on the 3rd party site.

My laptop recently was corrupted. I tried to get it up an running by using Acer Product Support Drivers and Downloads. It didnt work. It refuses to recognize TURBO, Predator Sense wont install and gives an error that it is not supported on this device. The fans in general wont kick on to cool the laptop, so it over heats. The sound card acts funny and just stops working and I have to restart the computer to get the speakers to work again. It really should not be this hard to find an ISO for a product. Acer is the first brand I have ever run into this issue of not ISO available. I have gone through the Forums and the one forum that I found from 2022, all the links are dead. When I contacted customer support, they gave me a link to a thrid party who is supposed to have it. I couldn't find it on the 3rd party site and reached out to them and never got a response. I have been using an old desktop in the meantime while I try to get this figured out, but I have been at this for 2 months now. Please help.

To reinstall a bootable Win-11 version 24H2 so that you can install a working OS, you need to construct a bootable USB with Rufus 4.9 software and follow their guide and then put your Predator Triton PT516-51s models IRST driver version 18.3.0.1003 on the same USB and install that at the Win-11 installation section when it asks for "Where do you want to install Windows? > Load driver". As doing all this will install a proper clean install of Win-11 OS. As there is a Win-11 24H2 version .ISO available from the Microsoft site and a guide there to do an installation USB also, but I prefer the Rufus method, so you can suite yourself.

Afterwards make sure that you install all the windows updates to its last OS build: 26100.5074 - 29/8/2025, then install the NVidia App and all the latest NVidia gpu game ready drivers and afterwards and when your PT516-51s operated 100%, update the bios to its last version 1.07.

As doing all this will make your laptop operate at it best and full potential of what this top of the range Acer Predator PT516-51s Triton laptop should do, its a very simple task and nothing complicated and/or do you need anything from Acer as its all available in the Rufus guide or from Microsoft.
