Hi ACER
I am facing an issue with Microsoft Office 2021 Home & Student activation on my Acer Swift Go 14 laptop.
When I purchased the laptop, it came with a lifetime license for Microsoft Office 2021 Home & Student. However, due to technical issues, I had to reinstall Windows using Acer’s official support tool.
After reinstalling, I tried to activate Office using my product key, but it is not working.
I contacted Microsoft Support, and they confirmed that:
- The license has already been redeemed and activated on the same device with the same email.
- No hardware changes were made.
- Since this is an OEM license bundled with my Acer laptop, they advised me to reach out to Acer Support for a replacement key or assistance with reactivation.
I also visited the retail store where I purchased the device, but they denied helping me and suggested contacting Acer directly.
i also have all valid proofs invoice/receipt as proof of purchase.
Kindly help me resolve this issue by either issuing a replacement Office 2021 Home & Student key or guiding me with the exact steps required to reactivate my Office license.
