Issue with Activating Office 2021 Home and Student in Acer swift go 14 oled

Hi ACER

I am facing an issue with Microsoft Office 2021 Home & Student activation on my Acer Swift Go 14 laptop.

When I purchased the laptop, it came with a lifetime license for Microsoft Office 2021 Home & Student. However, due to technical issues, I had to reinstall Windows using Acer’s official support tool.

After reinstalling, I tried to activate Office using my product key, but it is not working.

I contacted Microsoft Support, and they confirmed that:

• The license has already been redeemed and activated on the same device with the same email.
• No hardware changes were made.
• Since this is an OEM license bundled with my Acer laptop, they advised me to reach out to Acer Support for a replacement key or assistance with reactivation.

I also visited the retail store where I purchased the device, but they denied helping me and suggested contacting Acer directly.

i also have all valid proofs invoice/receipt as proof of purchase.

Kindly help me resolve this issue by either issuing a replacement Office 2021 Home & Student key or guiding me with the exact steps required to reactivate my Office license.

You need to sort this offer out with the retailer, as that is their offer, as Acer does NOT offer a "lifetime license for Microsoft Office 2021 Home & Student" on any of their laptops, they offer a 30 day free trial but NOT a lifetime offer.

You need to get a caption of the advertising for your Swift Go 14 OLED with this offer and read all the hidden conditions, as I'm certain that Acer does not offer these sorts of offers and only offer trail 30 days offer from Microsoft, which is included with the Acer OS.
