Nitro Wireless Gaming Controller NGR300 is not working properly

Hi!

My new NGR300 stops to work if turn it off and then turn it on. I have tried to connect the controller to Nvidia Shield and my to android smartpone through bluetooth.

The controller itself indicate that it is connected: through vibration and led indicators. The paired device also display NGR300 as connected. But it DOES NOT WORK!!! Any action does not take any effect.

There is only one workaround on spartphone: NGR300 begins to work if turn on NGR300 then turn off bluetooth on paired device and then turn bluetooth on. NGR300 starts to work.

But this workaround does not work on NVidia Shield. Because bluetooth is alway on there.

Also NGR300 does not work at all if connect it to NVidia Shield using USB cable.

I already updated NGR300 firmware to V12.30, but nothing changed.
