How to restore Missing caps lock indicator on Acer Aspire 7 a715-79g?

Hello,
When I bought my Acer laptop, the Caps Lock indicator was working (both on-screen and/or LED). But now it no longer shows up, and there is no LED indication either.

Could you please guide me on how to fix this issue? Is it related to a driver/software setting, or could it be a hardware problem?
