Usb C to Displayport connectivity for Acer Predator PH16-71

Hello everyone,

I recently got a monitor and I tired to connect my laptop with USB C to Displayport, After multiple tires with multiple different brands of cable there was no display on the monitor. I don't not understand how a high end gaming laptop do not support basic functionality. It's seriously annoying. I tired uninstalling the GPU drivers and performing a clean installation but still there was no success, did same for predator sense app. If anyone faced a similar issue, please let me know if there is any fix.

At this point I'm not sure if there is a problem with thunderbolt or the motherboard.
