Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with TPM 2.0 on my Acer Swift SFA16-41 laptop.
- BIOS shows TPM enabled and Trusted Platform Module 2.0 is installed.
- I have updated all relevant drivers, including AMD PSP/fTPM and chipset drivers.
- Device Manager shows Trusted Platform Module 2.0 under security devices.
- However, running
tpm.msc
or Get-TPM
in PowerShell shows that TPM is not detected, and Windows cannot access it.
I have tried full shutdowns, BIOS TPM clearing, and driver reinstallations, but the issue persists.
Please advise on a solution or if a BIOS update is required to make TPM accessible in Windows.
Thank you
