Recently I bought an Acer Aspire C24-1800 AIO from Acer and decided to upgrade the NVMe drive. Whilst rfemoving the back cover I, unfortunately, beoke the very flimsy clip that tansfer the pushing oif the external ON button to the tiny on button on the motherboard.
I have twice asked Acer for help via their email service and I have rfeceived no reply to either of my requests. This could be becvause they have not replied or it could be due to the fact that I do not knoe how to retrieve and answer thety may send.
Firstly, how do I fimd details of all my request to Acer and any answers thety may send?
Secondly, how can I get a replacemeny back cover as the original is irrepairable? Surly there must be a web page on which I can find replacement parts?
I bought this to replace my aging Lenovo AIO. However I have regretted buying it from the start. The quality of the Acer casing etc is very poor when compared to the Lenovo and the help and web information of Lenovo leaves Acer in the dark ages.
My wife and I have owned 6 Acer laptops and all of them were of are superior quality, I am very dissappointed in my Acer c24
