Over 2 years ago my laptop's built in mic stopped working but it didn't really matter as I had a microphone back then, which obviously has broken and I can't replace it as of right now.
I am asking for a solution to see if my mic has broken physically or if it's a software issue as it broke after I reinstalled windows 10, if it turns out to be physical failure of the mic I can ask my friends to lend me their mic but wouldn't want to bother them unnecessarily (class presentation work).
I have tried some trouble shooting such as, deleting every sound driver<restarting the pc<deleting every sound driver<rescanning the hardware<updating manually through the audio drivers provide for my laptop<restarting.
Although for some reason after I rescan the hardware my laptop somehow downloads the latest sound driver/the realtek sound drivers my laptop usually uses. After I search the web it didn't find something, as it showed after rescanning hardware windows should download generic High Definition Audio Drivers
And Yes my Microphone array is set as default output and all the enhancements are off and windows is allowed to use the microphone. I'll provide with the necessary screenshots below.

My presentation is in 2 weeks hopefully I get a reply before this.
Sorry for my bad grammar.
