NetherSX2 not working on my Aspire 5 laptop – need help, it either crashes or refuses to boot game.

Hi everyone,

I’ve been trying to run NetherSX2 on my Acer laptop but it’s not working at all. Every time I launch the emulator, it either crashes instantly or refuses to boot any game. I’ve already tried reinstalling, updating DirectX and drivers, but nothing seems to fix it.

Here are my laptop details (in case it helps):

• Acer Aspire 5
• CPU: Intel Core i5-1135G7
• GPU: Intel Iris Xe integrated graphics
• RAM: 8GB
• OS: Windows 11 Home

Does anyone know if NetherSX2 is even supposed to work on laptops, or is it strictly Android-only? If there’s a PC version or an alternative I should be using, please let me know. Source link

Thats only for Android devices. There is no supported Windows build, so attempting to launch it on Windows will always fail. If you got any windows installer of netherSX2 then it's likely fake and scam.

As I know there is PCSX2 which is an open source PS2 Emulator that work in windows.
