Please refer the following methods to import pictures from a mobile device:

1. Use PicStream to share your photographs, you need not to open AcerCloud Portal and clear.fi Photo application when you want to take a picture, please see below steps to operate:

1-1. Run AcerCloud Portal on phone.

1-2. Choose <Sync PicStream> then confirm whether the photos in the PicStream on clear.fi Photo. The photos upload successfully if it is.

1-3. You can run clear.fi Photo on your tablet to visit your photo album and see the pictures just taken on the phone.

 

2. Upload pictures from clear.fi Photo application from Android system:

2-1. Launch <clear.fi Photo> app on your mobile device with Acer ID logged in and connected to internet (3G or WiFi).

2-2. Tap the picture that you want to upload in local Camera folder and click <share> icon on the bottom of screen.

2-3. Click <Photo> in < share to > pop up list.

2-4. The picture will be uploaded to PicStream on target device.

 

If you are using 3G network for smartphone/tablet, please check < Mobile network downloading> is checked on Docs app.

 

Just a reminder, the quality of network might affect the uploading time if the photos are not in the PicStream, you can restart clear.fi Photo for a try or change a different Network.
