I bought my laptop last year (Nitro V15) before moving abroad, expecting that I'd be able to game on this laptop for the foreseeable future. The laptop was broken and glitching as soon as I started using it. I had to send it in for repair and move abroad without it. It came back to me allegedly repaired, and I returned to the U.S. about half a month after the warranty expired. The laptop, fresh from the repair center, was still broken. It hasn't functioned properly since the day I bought it. I would like to reach out to support staff directly about this incredibly frustrating issue.
