Is this Acer Swift SF314-41 3G RAM Upgradable? I get the Blue Screen Error.

This has only 3Gb Ram. Been getting the Blue Error Screen. I know I usually have a few tabs open and apps running.

It was bought as a Windows 10 Home version.

I need it to run smoothly and sometimes quickly. With the ability to store a lot of files. Like my old HP.

It was bought by my mother, but she didn't use it as she knew my HP ran slow. I use this now.

I just want to know why I get the Blue Error Screen.

Your Swift SF314-41 has the below specs for memory, its got 1x removable ram slot to upgrade memory. Also when you upgrade, use the ram modules shown below. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
