Aspire 7750G with a core i7 won’t turn on. What to do when a laptop blinks 5 times?

So my Aspire 7750G with a core i7 won’t turn on. It blinks 5 times at a blue color. After it shuts off. What to do? I have data on there.

The 5× blue LED blink code on the Aspire 7750G indicates the battery is fully depleted and can no longer hold a charge.After 14 years, this is expected — lithium‑ion packs typically last only 3–5 years before significant capacity loss.

Next steps:

1. Power off the laptop and disconnect the AC adapter.
2. Remove the old battery pack.
