Trying to connect an Ion USB turntable, but system fails to recognize that.

I am trying to connect an Ion turntable via USB. I've installed the EZ vinyl tape converter a few times. It does not recognize the turntable. I've tried both USB-A ports and two different cables. Device Manager says this device cannot start Code 10 * Operation Failed - The requested operation was unsuccessful. I've checked the driver updates - says current. rebooted a couple of times. Tried disable and Uninstalled, scan for hardware changes.

I'm not sure if it is a Windows 11 issue (drive said it was for windows 11), Acer issue,

The turntable was recognized on a Dell (pretty sure Windows 10)

There are allot of guides on the web on how to do this, so have a look HERE first and see if that works, or look at your turntable manual, as that has a guide also, as its a trial and error thing. Good luck.
