Problem with the CPU temp on Acer Predator Orion 7000

I bought this desktop in January, it ran fine until 1 month ago. I noticed the fans turning on really loudly and checked the CPU temp, which at that time was 92 degrees C.

I turned it off and opened it in BIOS, after 5 minutes in BIOS the fans came on loud again and then temperature rose again to 95 degrees C.

I sent the PC off to Acer to get it fixed, they probably didn't even bother turning it on because the box came back untouched and my files still in tact. I doubt they even looked at it!

The problem still persists and my BIOS gives limited options for things like PL values (with limited, I mean none!)

Where do I go from here?? Sending it again will turn up nothing again and I won't have a PC for 3 weeks again so are there other options??

I checked again, turned it on, the CPU was at 6% capacity (I literally ran CPU temp measuring program and task manager), PC was laggy and didn't respond to anything, the CPU core temps were ranging between 85 and 90 for ALL cores.

The pump is working. No problems on the aio or the fans.

I think the CPU is fried at this point. I will need to send it back to Acer YET again and see if they will (maybe, possibly, perhaps??) do something to fix my PC instead of sending it back without opening the box.
