I play games like valorant or league of legends and some other online games. The problem is that after playing for a while, the fps drops. I checked the cpu and it works normally, about 70%. acer nitro 5 r5 5600 and 1650 4gb

First, monitor your GPU temperature using tools like HWMonitor—if it exceeds 85°C, your system may throttle to prevent overheating, so cleaning the vents or using a cooling pad can help. Next, limit background applications by disabling unnecessary startup programs. Slightly lowering in-game settings can also improve long-term performance. Make sure your NVIDIA GPU drivers are up to date. Additionally, enable high performance mode in Windows settings. Finally, cleaning the laptop’s internals to remove dust buildup can significantly reduce heat and prevent throttling during extended gaming sessions.
