My laptop is acer predator Helios 300 Ph 315-55.

Recently its display has started to turn blue from the edges as i work on it and gets back to normal as i give it some rest.

I dont know what is wrong with the laptop , I thought it would be a driver update error and i did reinstall and install all the new drivers including CPU GPU and everything else and still the problem persists.

    Hi @RoshanBR ,

Screen bleeding—especially along the edges—is a common issue on IPS panels like the one in your PH315-55. It’s usually more noticeable in dark environments or at high brightness levels.

Try lowering the screen brightness to reduce the visual impact. If the bleeding worsens or begins affecting usability, the panel may need to be replaced. If the issue persists even after rest periods, it’s likely hardware-related rather than a driver fault.

If your Predator Helios 300's display is turning blue, it could be a hardware issue, such as a faulty video cable, or a software problem, such as a corrupted display driver. To troubleshoot, first try connecting your laptop to an external monitor to isolate the problem. If the external monitor works, the issue is likely with your laptop's built-in display or its cable. If the external display also turns blue, it could be a deeper driver or graphics card issue.
    Troubleshooting steps:
    1. Check External Display:
Connect your Helios 300 to an external monitor or TV.
If the external display works fine: The problem is likely with the laptop's internal display or its connecting cable, which may be loose or damaged.
If the external display also shows a blue tint: The issue might be with the graphics driver or graphics card.
    2. Perform a Hard Reset:
A hard reset can resolve many temporary glitches.
Disconnect the AC adapter and unplug all peripherals.
Press and hold the power button for at least 30 seconds (or 1 minute).
Reconnect the AC adapter and try turning on the laptop.
    3. Check Display Drivers:
Corrupted or incompatible graphics drivers can cause blue screen issues.
If you recently updated your NVIDIA drivers, try uninstalling them and installing the drivers specifically from the Acer support website for your model.
