Acer predator helios neo 16 i7 13700 HX randomly restarting on battery mode. Any fix?

Hello, I have a problem with my laptop starting since 2-3 months ago. my laptop restarts randomly, sometimes 1 month 3-6 times. this problem often occurs if I use it in battery mode for watching movies and random restarts occur. if plugged in using a charger, the problem rarely occurs only 1-3 times restart. I have tried reinstalling Windows on my laptop and the problem still occurs on my laptop. then, I took it to the acer service point, the technician said there was no problem with the hardware. then, I used it again, the random restart problem occurred again. I am very frustrated with problems like this, is there a solution?

Update drivers: Visit the Acer support website and download the latest drivers for your specific model. You can also try updating through Device Manager or using the GeForce Experience software if you have an NVIDIA GPU.

Reinstall graphics driver: If updating doesn't help, try completely uninstalling and then reinstalling the graphics driver.

Thank you for your answer, I really appreciate it. However, all my laptop drivers have been updated, including the Nvidia drivers. However, this issue still occurs.
