Good day everyone!

I'm trying my Aspire C24-1800 upgrading to PRO edition from default Windows 11 Home edition. When I trying upgrade from Microsoft store (setting>activation>upgrade indows edition>store) then install it runs 9% to 10% then the "close" button will show up then nothing after all even restarted the PC the windows still in Home edition.

I'm also trying to reformat the windows using a windows media creation tool with a USB drive at the end can not find hard disk to reformat in the installer. anything I should do in BIOS settings?

How to change boot> boot mode (UEFI) this one is not selectable, I remember laptops can change boot mode to (LEGAY) to enable recognize the drive when reformatting windows.

    • Restart the PC: A simple restart can sometimes resolve temporary glitches.
    • Check Internet connection: Ensure a stable and reliable internet connection is active.
    • Run the Windows update Troubleshooter: This tool can automatically detect and fix common update problems. You can find it in Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Windows Update.
    • Check Disk Space: Make sure there's enough free space on your hard drive, especially on the partition where Windows is installed
